๐ Week 8: Achilles Cycle × CrossFit Games Week
We've made it to Week 8 of the Achilles Cycle, and we're finishing it in style with one of the most exciting weeks of the year—CrossFit Games Week!
Every workout this week is inspired by iconic events from CrossFit Games history, giving you the chance to experience the style of training seen on the sport's biggest stage while remaining fully scalable for every athlete. Throughout the week, you'll take on everything from the legendary 2012 Squat Clean Ladder and a 2009 Games-inspired chipper to sprint intervals, a long endurance test, and an action-packed partner workout.
This week is designed to celebrate the progress you've made over the last eight weeks while giving you an opportunity to challenge yourself in new ways. Whether you're chasing a PR or simply showing up to get fitter, there's something for everyone.
Bring your energy, trust your training, and let's finish the Achilles Cycle strong! ๐ช๐

What's Outrunning the Evidence — The Peptide Hype
Peptides are one of the hottest topics in health and fitness right now, but the science hasn't caught up to the hype. While a handful of FDA-approved peptide medications have proven benefits for specific medical conditions and weight loss, there's very little high-quality human research supporting many of the injectable peptides being marketed for faster recovery, injury healing, muscle growth, and longevity.
The takeaway: Before spending money on the latest trend, focus on the habits that have decades of evidence behind them—getting enough sleep, eating enough protein, strength training consistently, moving every day, and managing stress. They may not be the most exciting solutions, but they're still the most effective.
