Achilles Week 6: Trust the Process 💪
We're officially in the heart of the Achilles cycle, and if you've been putting in the work, this is the week you'll start to feel it paying off.
Week 6 brings a fun lineup of workouts with names like "Loosely Defined," "Weak in the Knees," and "Wax On, Wax Off." While the names might make you laugh, the workouts will challenge your strength, endurance, and mental toughness. Expect plenty of grip-intensive work, squat variations, Olympic lifting, and conditioning pieces that reward smart pacing and consistent effort.
Don't be surprised if your forearms, legs, and lungs all get tested throughout the week. The goal isn't to be perfect—it's to stay moving, manage fatigue, and continue building confidence under pressure.
As always, every workout can be scaled to meet you where you are. Show up, trust your coaches, and trust the process. The fitness you're building now will pay dividends later in the cycle.
